About Pencombe Hall

Pencombe Hall is a large Victorian house dating back to 1862. It was originally built as a rectory by the Arkwright family. Sir Richard Arkwright, was the inventor of the first mechanic spinning machine. It substituted human hands with a machine which later on revolutionised the world of work. Pencombe Hall is considered to be a local heritage asset due to its historic significance.

The Hall is positioned on raised grounds, overlooking the Malvern Hills with a view that has not changed in hundreds of years. Situated in 5 acres of beautiful gardens surrounded by mature woodland, Pencombe Hall provides a restful but stimulating atmosphere which enhances the quality of life for our residents.
